Girls Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Track · Elise Yeager commits to run cross-country and track at CSB!

After much consideration, Elise Yeager has decided to be a Bennie! Elise will run cross-country and track next fall for the College of St. Benedict while also pursuing a major in mathematics! Congrats Elise!

Q: You decided on CSBSJU. Why did you decide CSBSJU was best for you and what other schools were you considering?

A:  I chose CSB because of the nice environment and I have always wanted to go there since my sophomore year. I was also looking at the University of River Falls as well.

Q: You are deciding to go into school with a strong focus on the community. Is this important to you and what are you planning on majoring in?

A: Yes because I love being in a community with good people and where I feel at home. I would love to major in math because there are so many options for this field.
Q: What will be the hardest part about leaving Monticello in the fall? What will be the thing you will miss the most?
A:  I will definitely miss the people I met along the way.
Q: If you could give one piece of advice to incoming freshmen, what would it be?
A: Get out and do as much as you can, you will have no regrets and you will meet amazing people along the way.
Q: Who is one person you want to thank for getting you to where you are today? Why are you choosing this person?
A:  My sister because she helps and supports me through everything.
Go Magic and Go Bennies!
