Monticello students encouraged to wear red and black on Wednesday!

By: Jared Hines After Mother Nature wiped out the Magic’s chances of playing the Section 6A Semifinal game on Saturday afternoon, a brisk fall Monday evening at Monticello Memorial Stadium awaited both the Magic and the Royals of Watertown-Mayer.  The winner earned the chance to take on No. 1 seeded Orono in the Section 6A

Neither team are strangers to Pesonen Stadium, with many memorable games being played between Monticello and Orono on the boys and girls side in the last few years.

Monticello Girls Soccer works hard to help others!

This week, members of the Monticello girls soccer team got together in the offseason not to work on their soccer skills but to help others in need.
